Before we schedule a Consultation, we’ll first book a 15 minute phone call to learn about your project, timeline, and expectations. This gives both the Designer and Potential Client the opportunity to determine whether we’re a good fit for your project.
Some clients need just a consultation, while others require in-depth design and renovation management. If you’re on the fence about tackling things yourself or hiring a designer, this is a great place to start. The Design Consultation is ideal for those who want an expert opinion on their design dilemmas. The Consultation is also essential to every Full-Service project. Here’s what you can expect at a Design Consultation:
Please note that no design work, materials, or furniture selections and arrangements will happen during this meeting. The Consultation is our opportunity to get to know each other and discuss initial ideas, which take time to develop later into a custom design plan, tailor-made for your specific needs. At the end of each Consultation, you will receive a final copy of our notes during the meeting. Payment due prior to scheduling the Consultation.
Full-Service refers to a project where we create a design plan from construction to fully furnished and decorated, managing every aspect along the way. Each project is personalized to you and your needs. Following a Full-Service Consultation, we will provide an estimate for our design fees based on the scale and involvement of the project. Once the estimate is approved and contracts signed, we’ll dive into the Design Process.

When repainting your home, there is more to consider than simply finding the right color. As a master color specialist, Veronica will guide you through the color selection process for the interior and/or exterior of your home. Taking into account your lifestyle and design preferences, plus spacial influences, such as interior lighting and sun exposure, Veronica will expertly choose the best colors to refresh your home.
What to expect during a Paint Color Consultation:
• Walk-through of the home, including spaces that are not being painted but may influence color choices
• Initial color selections, reviewed in their respective spaces and in comparison to furnishings and fixtures
• Client feedback on initial selections and revisions made to accommodate
Once you are thrilled with your color selections, Veronica will provide a Paint Color Guide and complimentary 8”x8” color swatches for your reference. The Guide will be emailed to you within 48 hours of the Consultation. Color swatches will be mailed to your address, arriving within 2-5 business days.
In a world which offers endless possibilities, selecting, measuring, and ordering the right window treatments is a daunting task for homeowners. Whether you are in need of a single cafe shutter in your powder room or you’d like to add wood blinds and curtains in every window and motorize them, Veronica’s years of experience selling and installing window treatments makes this process stress-free and satisfying.
During the Consultation
• Review window treatment types to best suit your style and functional needs and fit within your budget
• Make material selections and customizations
• Measure every window and gather any additional information
Estimating & Ordering
• An itemized estimate is created, including all of the window treatments and installation. A 50% deposit is requested at the time of approval to begin the order.
• After the estimate is approved and the order is placed, Veronica will receive all of the window treatments to inspect prior to installation.
Installation
• Every window treatment has been inspected
• Our installers have been contacted to schedule the installation within one week of receiving the order
• The order is installed by our team of professionals and any drapery is dressed (hung and steamed/ironed properly) by Veronica
• Balance is due upon completion and your absolute satisfaction
Personal Home Shopping & Styling is ideal for clients who struggle to find the right finishing touches for their home. We will send you our Style Questionnaire and request detailed photos of your spaces as well as specific spots that you’d like to decorate (i.e. coffee table, bookshelves, etc). Once we have received the Questionnaire and photos, we will schedule a specific date for the Shopping & Styling experience. At minimum, the Shopping portion will take two hours, allowing us to spend one hour styling the pieces we’ve selected. At the end of this service, you will be presented with an invoice for the items you decide to keep and Veronica will return any unwanted pieces.
Note: Service fees for Personal Home Shopping & Styling are due upon booking. Your appointment will not be scheduled until the service fees are paid in full.
